BOON and their partners have provided feasibility and design services to Hamilton City Council. Planning and stakeholder engagement is underway for this very special place for the people of Rototuna.
A proposed $25m Library, Town Square, Aquatic Centre and other mixed use development. The brief to create a “special place” for the people of Rototuna is one BOON and our partners are passionate about achieving. Placemaking, urban and social design are a large part of this project as the allocated land for the project sits on the outskirts of town and is currently at an infrastructural development stage.
