BTW Office & Apartment

Building upgrades has enabled this space to form both accommodation and workplace for BTW in the heart of Hamilton. A more efficient for plan and utilisation of space in this existing building has made way for a fully self contained private accommodation unit. While the workplace housing BTW’s planners, engineers and surveyor’s is shaped to enhance communication, collaboration and team cohesion. The building emanates a feeling of the modern workplace, with refined whites, cedar and black joinery accents.

The original building lacked natural light so new joinery and internal glass windows has effectively enhanced natural light, while opening up the space to adapt to a flexible work environment.
